Private Tours

Private group tours are available for visitors of all ages. Whether your group is seeking a self-guided visit or a guided tour, we ask that groups larger than 10 please let us know in advance that you will be attending the museum, as this allows us to staff accordingly.

To request your tour now, simply complete and submit this form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required information. Please note that your tour has not been scheduled until you receive confirmation from a museum staff member.

Below, we ask that you please provide three possible dates for your tour. Tours are offered Tuesday – Friday, excluding university holidays. Please allow at least three weeks advance notice for adequate staffing. 

Below, we ask that you please provide your preferred tour time. The length of a tour depends on the exhibition and the age of the visitors. Tours generally last approximately 30 minutes per exhibition. If touring all exhibitions and requesting an activity, please allow 1.5 - 2 hours.
